1、Normal textile transfer technical

Normal textile transfer technical is glue film transfer and sublimation transfer

1.Sublimation transfer:this technical is main use on polyester t-shirt and it is better for white color(the transfer part is white,but the other part can be color,such as color sleeve),the colorful Tshirt after the sublimation,the ink will fused with the color cloth,it will make the image color different, so we sugguest white color is better

2.Glue film transfer,this technical is use on  cotton t-shirt or dark color t-shirt, all colors can use glue film transfer, but it have colloid feel after being heat transfer

2、Why the sublimation ink had to match with EPSON inkjet printer

Because the EPSON printer is piezoelectric printing,it control by computer and change the current of the printer head small piezoelectric ceramic piece.it create different pressure and the ink will spray different color shade.if other type such as canon printer belong to heat foam theory,it heat the ink and become high temperature high pressure ink column and print on paper

Piezoelectric printer only change the pressure of the machine but won’t change the chemical quality of the sublimation ink ,so it widely used by sublimation business.but the heat foam printer will change the chemical qualtity of sublimation ink if it process high temprature and high pressure.then paper you print out can’t carry out heat transfer or will color cast seriously.

3、Ceramic/metal product transfer method

    Ceramic product should use heat transfer. In about 200 degree, sublimate the in on the product.but normal mug can transfer directly,should spray coating on it,then can carry out the heat transfer.

4、How to use electric iron for heat transfer

　　Because the electric iron have limite of heat productivity.so it can transfer the item bigger than A4 size(20*30cm).the electric iron had to be adjust and the bigger power the better

1-     adjust the iron suit for cotton fabric(170-190degree).heating untion the heat preservation indicator light brighten.

2-      Put the cloth on ironing board flatly,press several seconds on the print part for remove the moisture.

3-      Face down the image on the transfer part of the Tshirt, use hgh temperature resistance tape to stick the 4 corners of the Tshirt.

4-      Stick the high temperature sofe asbestos cloth on the Tshirt and level on ironing board with cramp

5-      Add a pressure,move the iron  on the transfer part reciprocating about 20-30s.

6-      Tear the transfer before it cool,or it will stick on the Tshirt

5、Cotton fabric maintain  

1-glue film transfer Tshirt will had hand feeling,it become softer after you wash.

2-new transfer Tshirt don’t wash with 2hours.you should wash the overturn the image inside .

3-don’t rub the image when washing

4-don’t use by the cleaner contain bleach.

5-wash by  warm water<40°C or cool water

6-try to avoid washing by washing machine

7-after washed don’t unwatering by dryer.

8-dry by natural.don’t wring the Tshirt, don’t insolate the Tshirt under the sun

9-if the Tshirt need ironing,use midium temperature after dry,don’t iron on the image directly

10-after iron don’t put the Tshirt in small space.you can hanging or spread the Tshirt to keep the Tshirt smooth

6、T-shirt heat transfer paper use method   

Light color Tshirt transfer paper(Suitable for the pigment ink print)

1. Reverse print the images on the rough surface with the pigment ink.cut the other spacing according your need.leave 1mm margin.

2.Set the temperature of the Roasting Picture Machine as 180degree centigrade,the timing is 20 seconds.

3.Adjust the pressure of the Roasting Picture Machine,connect the plug and turn on the power switch.

4.when the temperature reach the set point, Laid flat the light color cloth on the silica gel plate,put the printed image on the cloth where need to be heat transfer,(the image side face the cloth),and cover the high temperature insulating cloth,force down the Roasting Picture Machine.

5.When the time reach the set point,when you hear the buzzed , Withdraw the Roasting Picture Machine and move away the high temperature insulating paper.

6.Rive the body paper of the heat transfer on the cloth immedialety,the opration is over.

Dark color Tshirt transfer paper(Suitable for the pigment ink print)

1. Obverse print the images on the paper with the pigment ink.(no mirror image)cut the other spacing according your need.leave 1mm margin.

2.Tear the underside body paper,just keep the film that have image.

3.Set the temperature and timing of the Roasting Picture Machine(clam heat press machine,150 degree e,20 seconds)

4,Adjust the pressure of the Roasting Picture Machine,connect the plug and turn on the power switch.

5.when the temperature reach the set point, Laid flat the deep color cloth on the silica gel plate,put the film which you just rived on the cloth where need to be heat transfer,(the image side upwards,the no image side faces the cloth),and cover the silicon oil paper,and cover the  the high temperature insulating cloth at last,force down the Roasting Picture Machine.

6.When the time reach the set point,when you hear the buzzed ,Withdraw the Roasting Picture Machine and move away the high temperature insulating paper.

7、About transfer time&temperature 

Usually speaking, temperature between 170-200degree can carry out transfer, transfer time can be effect by image size,coating.ink,transfer paper. Temperature,moisture.the higher temperature ,the shorter time. Time range is between 30-100s.attention:transfer paper and normal ink can’t more than 40s.

    Beside.don’t 100% believe the time&temperature blank,and don’t believe your eyes totally(the temperature you see In machine is the sublimation practical temperature)temperature controller will have 1-2degree error.(I had ever test my body temperature is 39degree and the boiled water temperature is 102degree)

8、PVC non-press card producing process

1.Use normal pigmental ink or dye ink to print the image on the frosted finish side of the transpraence card(if you want to make a two sides card ,you need to print two transprance cards,but when you typeset in the computer,you should align at the image or words of  both sides) .placed 5-10 minutes(or drying)

2.wait for the image and words of the print side ia totally dry,tear-out the resist film of the white card ,stick the frosted finish side with the white card and justify align.

3.turn on the laminating machine and set to 160degree,wait for heating-up.

4.when the laminating machine reach 160 degree,put the sticking white card and the transparence card into the laminating machine superheating.once is ok.

5.cut the card form half of width,insert into the Flushes card machine，press the screw on the right side of theFlushes card machine,and the card produce is finish,

6,the card desh out from theFlushes card machine,there is a exquisite resist film on the surface,if you want to see clearly ,you canrive the resist film.

Advantage

Colorful image,precision can be 2880*1440dpi,waterproof,high temperature resistance.
